  • EMULSIFIERS:

    Distilled Monoglycerides (DMG). Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (SSL) Poly Glycerol Esters (PGE), Polyglycerol Polyrcinoleate (PGPR), Propylene glycol Esters (PGMS), Ammonium phosphatides (AMP) Aerating Agents and mixes. Crystallization and Fat absorption promoters.
  • STABILIZERS AND HYDROCOLLOIDS:
     
    Standardized products that bind water to avoid syneresis during shelf life. They provide viscosity, texture and a better mouthfeel of the product.
  • RICE BASED INGREDIENTS: STARCH, FLOUR, AND PROTEIN:

    Ingredients that blend and integrate with ease in whipped products and breaded applications, Rice based products offer technical benefits like better adherence and crispiness in bread crumbs, better stability, yield and juiciness in processed meat and vegetables. In addition they help reduce fat content.
  • MILK CREAM POWDER:

    Produced with fresh milk cream, milk solids and/or non dairy solids. Pasteurized and dehydrated in spray dryer. 
  • CHEESE POWDERS:

    Our Cheese Powders provide a unique combination of taste, functionality and convenience, making it the obvious choice to fit in your planned specific flavor profile, processing requirements and labeling. Our products are homogeneous in quality and flavor and microbiologically safe. Our cheese powders are ready to use and do not require refrigeration. 
  • FUNCTIONAL VEGETABLE FIBERS:

    Natural sourced with excellent water retention properties. They are perfect to substitute sugar/ fat and they add prebiotic fiber to your product. Excellent texturizing and solubility properties and contribute to a cleaner label, and rice starches, flours and proteins are Gluten free ingredients!.
  • FUNCTIONAL CARBOHIDRATES  ISOMALT:

    ISOMALT:
     It is the world’s number one sugar replacer, enabling no-added sugar and toothfriendly hard candy. It is, moreover, an ideal  ingredient in chewing gum coatings or centres and can act as a sugar replacer in chocolate, cereals and baked goods . 

    PALATINOSE ™:
     Works excellently in sports nutrition and many other functional foods and beverages because it provides sustained energy  and increases fat oxidation. Its low hygroscopicity and high stability make it highly suitable for powder shakes and instant  formulas
  • HONEY POWDER:

    Honey powder sweeter (and less caloric) than sugar, so smaller quantities of honey are needed to produce a pleasing flavor. Honey powder helps to maintain product moistness and improve product stability. This powder versions offer easier handling and reduced storage space. Easy to use in formulation of bread, fillings, chocolate and candy, dairy beverages and as well as in yoghurts. 
  • HIGH VEGETABLE FAT POWDER:

    High-fat powders are a group of instant products with high vegetable fat content (70-80 %). They are created using a modern technology known as spray drying, which makes it possible to obtain properly emulsified fat which is bonded with the medium. Our high-fat powders are enriched with milk proteins and other functional additives that benefit their application properties.
  • BEVERAGE CREAMERS:

    Beverage creamers are instant products designed mainly to create a whitening effect while also improving the taste of the finished product. 
  • FOAMERS:

    Foamers for beverages are instant products used to easily obtain a “frothy milk” effect while also improving the taste of instant coffee and chocolate drinks. Our encapsulation and spray drying technologies enable us to encapsulate gas inside a foaming capsule, which will form stable, aromatic and tasty milk foam on the top of the beverage after dissolving. 
  • TOPPING BASES:

    Topping bases are instant products obtained using the spray drying technology. They are made of vegetable oils, proteins and a special composition of plant-based emulsifiers. They are designed to deliver on key parameters of the topping such as volume increase, consistency, stability and taste. 
  • FRUIT COMPOUNDS:

    Fruit compounds and preparations are used in a variety of applications. From traditional jam to fruit fillings for industrial bakery products, dairy/ alternative beverages, candy, cereal/ nutritional bars, yogurt or ice cream; we offer solutions for different fruit preparations, always tailored to your specific needs.
  • FITOESTEROLES LIBRES:

    Esteroles libres dispersables en agua (no esterificados).
     
  • PHYTOSTEROLS:

    Water dispersable free sterols ( Non sterified). According to EFSA – European Food safety Agency- “Plant Sterols added to food have been shown to constantly to lower blood LDL”. 
  • DAIRY PROTEINS:

    Obtained from high-nutritional value whey, WPC WPI and its proteic fractions with specific functionality for each application. 
  • RICE PROTEINS:

    Rice protein is an all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO, hypoallergenic ingredient with an excellent amino acid profile and digestibility. Having a high protein content (>79% ds) is a concentrated source of rice proteins, higher than almost any other plant-based protein source. 
  • BROAD SPECTRUM ANTIMICROBIAL:

    Synthesized from a vegetable source. Our antimicrobial formula is extremely potent and effective broad spectrum bactericide, fungicide, antiviral and anti-parasitic compound. It is non-corrosive, non toxic and non-irritant. It is listed in CTFA. Besides due to its vegetable origin is biodegradable.
